A tour of what is on offer at the National Trust’s oldest nature reserve and one of Europe’s most important wetlands. Wicken Fen is home to more than 8,500 species, including rarities such as hen harriers, water voles and bitterns.
Extensive boardwalks provide easy access to sedge fields and reed beds and for the more adventurous there are several hides offering magnificent views over the nature reserve and extensive miles of trails some of which take you to the grazing herds of Konik Ponies and Highland Cattle.
The film plays on the Wicken Fen National Trust website as well as on a plasma screen at the Visitor Centre.
